THREATS OF MOB VIOLENCE AGAINST PITT UNIVERSITY OFFICIALS

Herein is a summary of events, graphic and  verbal, depicting the influential power this organization holds over high echelon City Officials.

• Exhibit A (underlined) is a bold inflammatory speech by Councilman Jim Ferlo urging mob violence and warning University Officials of violent clashes until death due him part.  "I won't be walking out of here,   they'll have to carry me."

• Exhibit B- Front page headlines in May issue of Planet Queer depicting protesters as persons with guts  and an inset photo of Councilman Jim Ferlo portrayed as a leading hero.

Analysis:
     The behavior and inflammatory threats provokes wanting questions regarding Mr. Ferlo's breach of fiduciary duties.
     Why does Councilman Ferlo so recklessly advocate physical violence if homosexual and lesbian demands are not met ?  Is it for want of compassion or is it for political expediency ?

Most critical question, one that demands an immediate explanation.  

[1] How is it that a high public official is allowed to stand at a microphone and foment protesters for physical violence ?
[2] This display of aggression demands a full investigation by proper authorities.
[3] Is it internal power corruption that allows a fiduciary total impunity from prosecution or even accountability ?
[4] Or, does the City of Pittsburgh now administer special laws to homosexuals and lesbians ?
[5] Why is it that violent threats are treated with severe consequences of punishment to common citizens and yet this case is allowed to remain moot ? Are internal forces influencing decisions and outcome ?

     This report presents evidence to suspect corruption and influence peddling and even criminal transgressions against citizens. Subsequently, in the name of equal justice, tranquillity and trust, I respectfully pray for your office to conduct an independent investigation into glaring irregular activities within Pittsburgh City Government.
