T hanks to the new freedom of information act, I was able to obtain a secret memorandum-application submitted by the Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Squirrel Hill to Pittsburgh City Council Budget Office requesting an outright grant of $5,000.00. Through persistent inquiry it was admitted by Council O’Connor’s office that money was granted in full.> And what was the money to be used for? Just as the application form clearly stated: To facilitate the recruitment of lesbian, gay, Bisexual and transgendered teenagers. Essentiallly, as a gesture of compromise and in violation of Federal guidelines, Mayor Murphy and Council Pres. O’Connor shifted Federal funds from building programs then directed the money as a free grant to facilitate the recruitment of teenage boys and girls from Pittsburgh Public Schools into a "sex for fun club."> Aside from violating Federal laws in issuing grant the intended purpose violates State and Federal child sexual exploitation laws.> We need your help in calling for a major investigation by respective administrators. There is probable cause to believe that political favoritism was the paramount motivator.RECKLESS MACHINATIONS: With logical deliberation and overall analysis, all indications point to serious improprieties and manipulations by public officials for political gain. Undisputed-illegal dispersion of Federal funds. Using Federal funds to aid and abet child sexual exploitation. Corruption and influence peddling. Endangering the health and well-being of children by funding provisions to snare the innocent into the most dangerous lifestyle known to mankind. Where the life-span is reduced to one-half of normal span. Critical understanding for all citizens: This was not City of Pittsburgh money, but was Federal funds; thus, enfranchising any person in the U.S. to register a complaint and call for investigation. Be sure to read an in-depth analysis as was written to Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen Zappala Jr. indicating why Mayor Murphy and Council O’Connor may have very well created a crises in the courts. >Likewise, I urge readers to printout the total ten page report, photocopy multiples and help distribute information to others who want an investigation. Remember, they need not be Pittsburgh residents, this is Federal money involved. >Indeed, lest people are asleep, this must be a clarion call for all persons to get involved with letters and phone calls requesting an investigation. I urge all citizens, especially mothers, fathers, grandparents, siblings, to search your soul and your conscience. Deliberate with acquaintances the question: is it right for government to use your taxes to build a sex club; is it right for government to use your taxes to solicit teenagers into the sex club; yet indeed, documents show this is precisely what Mayor Murphy and Council O’Connor established with your tax dollars. >Then ask yourself, are your children next, are your children now in jeopardy of being solicited ? Do you know where your teens will be tonight; and how would you feel if you discovered that your teen has already been lured into the most dangerous lifestyle known to mankind ? Is the lust for political glory so intoxicating as to cause one to pawn children for political expediency ? >If your answer is a no, no way, then you owe an obligation to your children and all other children across these plains to get involved. Write letters, make phone calls, copy, print, photocopy and distribute information throughout >A somber narrative: Even though this grant is beset with violations, there are no words to explain the "equal justice for all" melt down created by government funding a "recreational sex club for teens." The bewilderment for answers prompts questions galore from the courts. Does this now mean the courts will start using two sets of laws for child sex offenders ? One set for heterosexuals and the other set for the "lesbian-homosexual cartel?" >An urgent cry for investigation : For the sake of understanding the compassionate element in this case, let us for a moment put aside all other considerations and reason together on one sector only. Central question, what are the courts going to do with thousands of citizens who are presently rotting in jails, many with fifty year sentences for sex exploitation of minors. If such double standards are allowed to stand then surely the American people have allowed themselves to be manipulated as sheep by a privileged class of oligarchs. >In all fairness to the forgotten who are rotting in prisons for sex violations, I urge all to get involved, especially to mothers and fathers of such cases. You my even want to ask Mayor Murphy and Council O’Connor why the double standards. And who knows, out of compassion, they may even decide to commute the sentence of your loved one. >In summary: There seems to be a well organized but unruly oligarchy operating Grant Street from the Monongahela River to the Greyhound Bus station. Politics will be politics and the lust for power has always dogged free man. However, in this connection, Mayor Murphy and Council O’Connor have wandered into the forbidden land. A land where a civil society does not tolerate accommodating sex predators with their children. In this case it need not be complicated.
